Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select international destinations.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
• Contact the shipping carrier
• If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an international order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

• Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
• Contact us within 48 hours at support@retail-profit.com
• Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can modify the address only if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier, and additional fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods if the selected method is unavailable or impractical for your order.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, carrier operations may be limited or suspended. We recommend ordering well in advance during:

• Thanksgiving week
• Christmas and New Year's period
• Other major holidays
