At Retail Profit, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All accessories and parts must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened plush toys or stuffed animals
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized products
- Digital downloads or gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@retail-profit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
In most cases, we'll send a replacement before requiring return of the defective item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your financial institution
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@retail-profit.com
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will not include original shipping charges for international orders.
